サイバーダイン東側の土地は三井のリパークに
以前、l-supportさんのブログで報告されていましたが、
研究学園駅の南口、サイバーダインの東側に駐車場ができました。
なんと、三井のリパークです。
ここ、本当に駅の目の前です。こんなに駅に近い100円パーキング、
私はほかで見たことがありません。
なのに、1日最大500円ということで、これは安いですね～
ざっと数えたら120台くらい入れるようです。
これはパーク＆ライドするには最高じゃないですか？
なぜ、月極じゃないのかという気もしなくもないですが、
この場所だと、いずれはビルが立つことになるだろうし、
時間貸しにしておいたほうがいいのでしょうね。

ここには参りました。まったく読みが外れてしまって。
月極めで、一番高い値をつけると読んでたのですが、ふたを開けてみれば、時間貸し、しかも周辺と変わらない値段設定・・・
まだまだ甘かった・・・って感じです。

開発状況という意味では、こんな駅前一等地がコインパになるようでは本来だめなんでしょうけどね。それにしてもこの収容台数の多さ、短期的には周辺駐車場に影響が出るだろうなぁ。

ただ、近隣に300円の駐車場がある。
そうなると、意外と利用台数が少ないかも。
不景気なので、200円節約したいという人も多いはず。
なので、もしこの駐車場の入りが悪ければ、300円に値下げすればあっという間に満車状態になる。
松代あたりから車で研究学園駅に来てTXで通勤という人もいるので、需要はかなりあると思います。
本当は、駐車場ではなく、別の施設が出来てほしかったのですが・・・。

確かに、500円と300円は大きな違いですよね、毎日のことだし。北口のロータリーのビルの並びは500円でしたっけ？ あと市庁舎周辺とか、そのあたりのパーキングで、400円というオペレーションも出てくる可能性はありかと。
